Results
A1:
Set 1-4 : 135# x 4 reps
A2:
Set 1-4: 53# pound weighted chin x 3 reps
Felt very good about how this workout went. Squat weight has been up lately and feeling good about squat depth, although it still needs to be worked on. Probably could have added 10 or 15 pounds more for the pull ups but had to work for the third rep each set so not too concerned about it.
